Leadership is about knowing the desired outcome, clarifying how to get there, creating parameters for what success looks like, and then keeping the team motivated to achieve those goals. That being said, what are you currently using to spell out the process of a person in the faith from 0 to 10? Or whatever numbers you might use to talk about this process.
