I am the project coordinator for the Standards for Excellence program at the National Leadership Roundtable on Church Management. In addition I serve as the project manager for a Lilly Endowment funded project that combines two Leadership Roundtable initiatives - the Pastor's Toolbox, a week-long management training conference for Catholic priests, and CatholicPastor.org, an online learning community for Catholic priests.
Previously I was the Director of Pastoral Services and Secretariat for the Catholic Common Ground Initiative at the National Pastoral Life Center before it moved to the Catholic Theological Union. Prior to working at the NPLC I was in parish pastoral ministry serving in the areas of religious education and worship at Church of the Presentation.
I received a masters degree in pastoral ministry from Boston College's Institute of Religious Education and Pastoral Ministry and a masters degree in public administration from Seton Hall University. I live in Fair Lawn, New Jersey with my wife, Mary and my three children - Conor, Riley, and Devon.
